- Manage a portfolio of existing GrabMart accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and expand GrabMart's presence in the market.
- Collaborate with company partners to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new business and revenue growth.
- Experience: At least 2 years in business roles, with experience both on client and agency sides being advantageous. Understand about FMCG brand.
- Experience researching and generating leads: Logical thinking and a good sense of numbers to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience creating detailed demos that are tailored to customers' pain points and comfortable with operational tasks.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects: Proficient in creating and delivering compelling presentations.
- Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect: Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects in both Vietnamese and English, to work with diverse clients and partners.
