Expectation
- It is a position responsible for managing the processing line in a plastic manufacturing factory.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage production line: Check and control if daily work goes according to the plan. - Handle problems: When trouble happens, understand the situation, report, and take action if needed. - Support and manage workers: Guide and help operators to do their work correctly. - Report and follow instructions: Receive instructions from managers and tell the workers in the factory.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (equivalent to N3 or higher) ・Experience & Skills: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing a production line. - Can use Excel. - Willingness to work in shifts (day and night).
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience in managing workers. ・Former technical intern trainees are a plus.
