- Operate and manage injection molding machines - Set and improve molding conditions - Keep and improve product quality - Plan and do machine maintenance - Train and guide technical staff - Manage the production process - Work with other departments to improve work

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Gender: Any ・Age: 30~40 ・Education: College Diploma or higher ・Language: Japanese at Conversational level ・Experience: - More than 3 years of experience in operating and managing injection molding machines - Experience in the plastics industry - Experience in team management
