- Identify the pros and cons of the current workflow to enhance it based on the new platform’s features and advantages.
- Develop custom actions and logic in JavaScript for advanced features, logic, or validation needs.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure workflows align with business requirements.
- Document migration processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
- Learn and use OutSystems to develop and improve applications as needed.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to workflow migration and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with Bosch’s security and architecture standards.
- Educational background: Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or relevant majors.
- 3+ years of experience in JavaScript (ES6+) for custom logic implementation.
- Hands-on experience in business workflow development (e.g., BPMN, workflow automation).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Design thinking for logic, flow enhancement to deliver good UX instead of strictly follow original requirement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
- Good communication and fluent English skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of low-code platforms (OutSystems, Power Apps, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience with OutSystems is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to legacy system migration projects.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
