Accountabilities: The Customer Data Analyst, Associate (CDA) assists in collecting, managing, and analyzing customer data, creating a unified view. The CDA supports the core principles of the Data Management Office, contributing to making data a strategic asset for Datasite.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection: Support customer data collection, ensure quality and integrity, assist with Salesforce requests.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
  • Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights, assist with management reports.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to enhance customer experiences.
  • Compliance: Ensure data practices comply with regulations.
  • Data Quality: Follow standards, resolve issues, perform audits, cleanse and enrich data.
  • Innovation: Adopt AI technologies for data integrity and usability.
  • Cross-functional Support: Establish relationships, share insights, assist with special projects.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in data science, Business Analytics, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in data management/analytics.
Skills and Experience:
  • Analytical: Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written skills for presenting data findings.
  • Problem-Solving: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft, Salesforce, CRM systems, data analysis tools, and understanding of corporate hierarchies.
