ACG_2982_JOBOur client is a fast-growing manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Job description:Organize and develop the department according to company direction; handle recruitment, professional training, and communication of policies and decisions to team members.Assign tasks and monitor outcomes in the department’s areas of responsibility.Manage, coordinate, supervise, and take responsibility before the Deputy General Director, General Director, and the Board of Directors regarding progress and quality of work carried out by the team.Maintain and supplement human resources in line with the Deputy General Director’s direction and the company’s annual plan.Organize and execute shop drawings and fabrication work serving production needs.
