- Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
- Process invoice for payment on time.
- Maintain monthly billing report for domestics transport and wareshousing
- Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
- Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request.
- Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time
- Third/Final year student, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship majoring in Logistics or Supply chain management
- Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
- Eloquent in Japanese (N3 or upper), English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills, good English communication skills
- Proactive, hardworking, and independent
- Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
- Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility
