Job Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. - Design and implement automated workflows, process builders, and flows to improve business processes. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. - Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization for Salesforce applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions. - Maintain and enhance security configurations, including profiles, roles, sharing settings, and permission sets. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure continuous improvement. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, data integrity problems, and system inefficiencies. - Create detailed design documents based on design policies and basic design. - Write test specifications, conduct code reviews, and mentor testers. - Manage and develop junior and mid-level staff.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (can understand and share about functional documents in JP) ・Experience: - More than 3 years of Salesforce development experience with hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configurations. - Experience with Salesforce integration tools (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft, etc.). - Experience in creating detailed design documents, writing test specifications, conducting code reviews, and mentoring testers. - Experience in Training staff.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Salesforce Developer Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I or higher) is preferred. ・Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Optional
・Candidates with the following Salesforce certifications are preferred: ・Salesforce Administrator ・Salesforce Platform Developer I, II ・Salesforce Application Architect ・Salesforce JavaScript Developer I ・Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) ・Good English (from Toeic 800) or Japanese (from N4).
