- Respond to system inquiries and troubleshoot reported issues, providing ongoing technical and user support in a timely manner.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and follow up on bug fixes, ensuring their resolution.
- Train users on supported systems and provide process/system support, developing and maintaining functional user documentation.
- Become a subject matter expert on system applications, staying up-to-date with new features and enhancements.
- Build strong relationships with users, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their pain points, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicating progress effectively.
- Track system issues and enhancement requests, collaborating with technical teams for review and resolution.
- Follow up on issues with the regional development team to ensure prompt hotfixes and scheduled fixes.
- Analyze business requirements/processes for rollout project input, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Aid in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, and training materials.
- Communicate effectively across teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
