We are currently implementing SAP S/4HANA and Horizon systems, and were seeking a dedicated resource to support our local teams in Thailand. This role will work closely with the business team to gather data requirements and support the rollout of dashboards and self-service datasets.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs across various functions.
- Identify necessary data and define requirements for dashboards and business reports.
- Create mock-ups, develop test cases, and document attribute descriptions to support data visualization.
- Collaborate with Data Visualization Specialists to build dashboards, reports, and datasets.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and ensure sign-off for deployment.
- Support the rollout of Data & Analytics (D&A) products, including dashboards and self-service datasets, to end users.
- 13 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP DM is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Solid technical skills, including SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with stakeholders across business functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT.
- Strong documentation skills able to write detailed business requirements, functional specs, and process maps.
- Capable of validating data accuracy and ensuring integrity throughout system migration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in stakeholder engagement and requirement elicitation.
