You will be responsible for writing business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing change initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories.Define, document, and validate API specifications and integration flows with internal and external systems.Produce process flows and maintain Confluence documentation for shared understanding.Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, manage backlog, and support Agile ceremonies.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Banking or Fintech.Strong techno-functional skills with a solid understanding of core banking platforms (e.g., Card, Onboarding, AML, Fraud Management, etc).Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery.Proficient in project methodology and Agile development processes (e.g., Scrum).Skilled in writing use cases, workflows, business processes, and functional specifications.Familiarity with tools like Lucid Chart, Miro, Jira, and Figma.Understanding of digital platforms and underlying technologies.Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and a can-do attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with digital transformation projects.Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the financial sector.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.What We OfferAt GFT, you will work alongside some of the brightest minds in business and technology on challenging and rewarding projects.
