- Generate and manage regular performance reports for key local and global clients.
- Handle ad-hoc quotation requests from shippers, including quoting, managing agreements, and following up on payments.
- Assist in creating and refreshing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both new and existing clients to ensure clarity and operational excellence.
- Provide support for faster responses to customer inquiries via email, Zalo, and other communication channels.
- Assist with the onboarding of new shippers for our key accounts.
- 1+ years client facing experience with a background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain strongly preferred.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record of successfully delivering innovation and driving results.
- Effective communication on all channels (written, verbal, phone, media) with strong english proficiency for aligning global stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative; track record of building strong internal and external relationships.
- High integrity and ethics; style and behavior align with Flexport's values
