- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies aligned with our brand vision and business objectives
- Manage and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all channels
- Lead the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, including location scouting and media tours
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Spa, Food & Beverage, Sales) to create and manage marketing campaigns that drive profit growth and brand exposure
- Serve as the primary brand guardian, ensuring all consumer-facing communications adhere to brand standards and tone of voice
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, providing clear briefs and overseeing project timelines
- Analyse marketing performance data and prepare insightful monthly reports for stakeholders
- Develop and manage crisis communication plans to protect and maintain the resort's reputation
- Oversee the design and production of in-house collateral, including digital assets and print materials
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective utilisation of resources
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing and public relations, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Proven track record in managing brand and design agencies
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and hotel operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics
- Demonstrated experience in crisis communication and reputation management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in creating professional presentations and reports
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
