- Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant team members
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and team management
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their application in recruitment
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Solid understanding of recruitment marketing techniques
- Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
- Familiarity with HR best practices and current recruitment trends
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
