ACG_2893_JOBOur client is a leading industrial company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Lead planning and monitor timelines for land clearance while providing timely solutions to resolve emerging issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure land is delivered on time, covering compensation payments, planning approvals, budget allocation, and land-use change procedures.Liaise directly with government bodies to fast-track clearance, handover, lease agreements, and legal certifications, including addressing pricing and rental exemption processes.Foster and sustain effective relationships with authorities at various levels, community leaders, and religious organizations.Recommend and take part in CSR initiatives aligned with community engagement goals.Perform other tasks as assigned to support the business.RequirementsCollege degree in Construction, Cadastral Surveying, Land Administration, Environmental Resources, Geodetic Mapping, Law, Finance, or related disciplines.At least 3 years of hands-on experience in land development or industrial zone infrastructure, particularly in land clearance procedures.Experience working with local and state-level government authorities is a plus.Skilled in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of MicroStation is advantageous.Strong English skills for both verbal and written communication.Willing to be based in Nghe An and travel as needed.Due to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
