Responsible for robust pipeline management to achieve desired production and revenue targets.
Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics
Design and implement business plans to leverage effectively partners within the bank to generate greater cross sell and revenue enhancement opportunities.
Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best
Manage recruitment, training and motivation of highly skilled sales team.
Mentoring and training sales teams to achieve sales goals.
Held accountable for banker competency, goal achievement, shared goal achievement with business partners, profitability, cost control, compliance, operational and risk management activities.
Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region
Requirements
BSc in Banking, Business management, Economics or related majors.
At least 5+ years of experience in management.
Proven experience in a senior management position.
A proven record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.
The ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills.
Efficient communication skills.
