You will be part of our global support team, working with multiple customers and their partners around the world, and contributing directly to customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Interact with customers to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues.Provide day-to-day service and support to end customers and partners worldwide.Effectively consult customers on software deployment and operations, providing troubleshooting, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.Collaborate closely with R&D teams and Solution Architects to find solutions and solve customer issues.Maintain a strong customer focus with a positive, service-oriented attitude.Actively contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.Qualifications
  • IT Background
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Good analytic, trouble-shooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good at interpretation, negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with Linux and cloud environment.
  • Able to understand C/C++ programming language.
  • Ability to experiment, think creatively “outside the box”
  • Open to learn and adapt to new technologies
