Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing commercial strategies that align sales, marketing, and business objectives, with a keen eye on financial targets and market trends
  • Revenue growth and business development to expand the company's market share and recruit more new customers
  • Financial analysis and performance including analyzing sales data, market trends, and financial reports to make data-driven decisions and enhance performance
  • Develop and manage commercial agreements with customers and vendors, including pricing, terms, and conditions
  • Working with profit targets to set pricing strategies, optimize margins, and ensure sustainable profitability
  • Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify trends, assess opportunities, and drive product/service improvements.
  • Building and implementing customer satisfaction programs to enhance client retention and brand loyalty
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities to diversify the company's revenue streams and improve its market position.
  • Leading and motivating the commercial team (Sales & MKT), providing mentorship and guidance to drive excellence
  • Implementing strategic training programs and supporting the team's professional growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles and best practices
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Demonstrated success in a senior commercial leadership role, 5-7 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
  • High levels of experience in sales and/or marketing, as well as managing relationships with important clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards shared goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Skills of setting up, consulting on strategy & management according to objectives / plans.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and manage commercial agreements with customers and vendors.
