  • Support the implementation of business strategy in respective business partner's area
  • Proactively develop and propose ideas that address business and finance needs or issues
  • Create and refine reporting mechanisms in order to provide good management insights
  • Develop and refine processes for Country business partner's costs and sensitivities to change
  • Work closely with stakeholders in Commercial and P&S functions for continuous improvement of business profitability and cost efficiency
  • Responsible for annual costing and budgeting process
  • Manage a small team of finance business partners
  • Support regional finance on matters relating to monthly reporting process, costing data integrity and quality, annual budgeting process, and other finance related matters
  • Drive mitigation of credit risk, FiSo (Financial solutions) and manage working capital for Syngenta Vietnam.

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or related majors
  • Experienced finance professional with minimum of 10 years of experience in MNCs
  • Experience in working within a multinational manufacturing organization
  • A good understanding of product costing and ledger management
  • A thorough understanding on the application of compliance controls and risk environment
  • Practical experience of a significant change or capital project, ideally having operated in a project steering group role
  • Experience in managing a team
  • A sound understanding of tax

  • Proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
