ACG_2986_JOBOur client is a fast-growing health care company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Job description:1. Financial Operations & ControlsOversee all daily financial operations, including general ledger management, fixed asset, AP/AR, and overall cash flow management.Guarantee precise and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings as well as the preparation of reports.Coordinate with external auditors, ensuring full audit preparedness and smooth facilitation of the audit process; deliver comprehensive VAS and IFRS audit reports completely and on schedule.Develop, monitor, and enforce financial policies, procedures, and a strong internal control framework that complies with healthcare industry standards, private equity (PE) requirements, and all regulatory guidelines.Supervise compliance with accounting principles (VAS and IFRS), taxation obligations (including timely filing of returns, managing tax inspections, and engaging with tax advisors as necessary), and all regulatory financial reporting.2. Transformation & Process ImprovementLead projects designed to enhance systems, processes, and financial reporting tools, while also supporting the design and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).Drive the automation and digital transformation of financial workflows to boost efficiency and minimize risk, including the rollout of ERP systems and other technology enhancements.Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes such as billing, procurement, and revenue cycle management.3. Team Leadership & DevelopmentGuide, coach, and grow a small but high-performing finance team.Cultivate a culture centered on accountability, ongoing improvement, and excellence in performance.Deliver training and support to expand team capabilities and enhance cross-departmental collaboration and understanding.4. Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate closely with the CFO and private equity investors on financial reporting, performance metrics (KPIs), and regular business reviews.Support due diligence processes, audit requirements, and financial reporting for the board of directors.Work hand-in-hand with clinical and operational leaders to analyze cost drivers and optimize operational workflows.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA/CA preferred).10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.Deep expertise in financial reporting, taxation laws, statutory requirements, and internal control systems.Prior experience in healthcare or hospital finance is an advantage; background in private equity–backed companies or multinational corporations (MNCs) is also beneficial.Highly analytical, well-structured, and hands-on in managing financial operations and implementing process enhancements.Demonstrated success in driving process optimization and ERP system implementations.Capable of excelling in fast-moving, dynamic, and change-driven environments.Willing to be hands-on, take ownership, and lead transformation efforts in an entrepreneurial setting.Excellent skills in communication, leadership, and relationship building.Contact: Ha Hoang, Phuong TranDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
