You will guide and support the team in delivering seamless arrivals and departures, personalized guest experiences, and professional handling of guest inquiries.What You'll DoSupervise and support Front Office team members during shiftsEnsure guest satisfaction through attentive service and quick resolution of concernsCoordinate with other departments to meet guest needs efficientlyTrain and motivate team members, leading by example with Heartist valuesHandle check-in/check-out procedures and support VIP guest arrivalsMaintain a professional and welcoming lobby environmentQualificationsMinimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory roleExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusStrong organizational and leadership skillsPassionate about hospitality and guest engagementWillingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAdditional Information
