Participate in the APQP process
Synthesize content that requires TFC related to quality
Drawings management
CC/SC Category Management
Establish testing standards
Propose binders for testing
Make a control plan
Samples tracking
Track new product packaging specification
Response for customers' inspection of new lines establishment
Response for customers' system inspection
IATF inspection response
Track the progress on improvement of customers' complaint items after inspection
Summarize quality meeting data and report
Grasp customers' basic standards
Set yearly quality goals
Respond to customers complaint (5W analysis, 8D report)
Review PPAP documents before reporting to superiors or before submitting to clients
Limited sample reviewing
Establish management procedures and regulations related to quality
Create training materials and provide customer standard training to subordinates
Internal countermeasures checking
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

College/University graduation or higher
From 3-5 years experience of working in similar position in automotive components, automation,...or related industry
Management skills, problem solving skills
Communication in Japanese (from N3)
Experienced in dealing with customer inspections
Ability to work in a team and independently
