- Perform trade data entry in the system accurately and timely
- Preparation and provide support for the trade documents
- Preparation of trade reports
- Support with any paperwork required in order to formalize the commercial contracts with suppliers and clients.
- Support any other Trading/Finance tasks when requested
- Fluency in English is required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, data entry, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with trade documentation and commercial contract processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or multicultural environment.
