- Translate business unit and category strategies into actionable customer and channel plans.
- Lead the execution of growth initiatives including new product launches, pricing strategies, and thematic campaigns.
- Support commercial negotiations and manage key customer relationships across the Homecare category.
- Define and deploy the total Modern Trade strategy nationwide, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Deliver key performance indicators such as turnover growth, market share, profitability, and execution excellence.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration and field execution to ensure seamless implementation.
- Champion the talent agenda by building capabilities and leading a team of Key Account Managers and Field Execution professionals.
- Solid experience in Modern Trade sales-whether at Brand or Retailers, or in Commercial leadership roles within FMCG.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving business results.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and execution capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
