- Responsible for key Inventory KPIs of all Shopee's Warehouses.
- Initiate/drive projects with diversified stakeholders (Warehouse managers, Warehouse operators, relevant office teams) to improve:
- Inventory accuracy
- Inventory efficiency, including optimise inventory layout, inventory storage setting
- DEM (Damage/Expire/Missing) rate
- Analyze data key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for cost saving and efficiency improvement
- Report and present projects to management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in project management in supply chain/logistics, e-commerce, consulting
- Strong execution, stakeholders management and data analytics
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
