We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Finance Business Partner to join our fast-growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our global delivery and technology teams, focusing on costing, budget monitoring, and forecasting.As a Finance Business Partner, your main responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with department heads to develop and manage budgets.
Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives.
Preparing accurate financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
Identifying risks and opportunities within financial plans and advising on mitigation strategies.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Supporting month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Driving process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
