This role is responsible for end-to-end performance management, driving financial planning, forecasting, and business performance optimization for the assigned category. You will act as a strategic business partner in S&OP processes, manage key financial levers (NRM, pricing, innovation business cases, BMI, ROMI), and champion data-driven decision-making to achieve business targets.

Lead end-to-end financial forecasting, planning, and performance management.
Provide insightful reports, scorecards, and risk/opportunity analysis to influence decisions.
Fully own and manage category P&L performance, including BMI and TTS budgets.
Develop and maintain processes,analytics, and templates for core business topics:

Net Revenue Management (NRM) tracking and performance reviews.
Pricing analytics and market impact assessment.
Innovation business cases, launch tracking, and post-launch evaluations.
Media and BMI spend discipline, reporting, and optimization.
Digital ROMI process implementation and continuous improvement.
Consolidate and review DCOM P&L by customer, ROI/ROAS for campaigns, and recommend actions.
Drive process simplification, efficiency, and excellence in performance management.

Proven experience in Performance Management or Finance Business Partnering.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a focus on actionable insights.
