Job Responsibilities
・Management and supervision of the cosmetics manufacturing process ・Quality control (raw material and product inspection, record management, traceability support) ・Adjustment of production schedule and progress management ・Reporting and cooperation with the Japanese headquarters (or the president of the Vietnamese corporation) ・Technical communication with OEM clients (Chinese or English/Japanese)Job Requirement
Necessary Skills / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 27-50 years old ・Language: Chinese, Japanese, or English, intermediate level ・Experience: Have at least 4 years of working experience in quality control and production in the Cosmetics industry
Personality
・Strong sense of responsibility ・Can proactively work on their work ・Can actively communicate within the company regardless of nationality
