- Analyse website traffic, e-commerce data, and digital and social media platforms to identify marketing opportunities
- Assist in developing editorial content, design layout and printing specifications of collaterals
- Assist in developing press releases and media kits for distribution to targeted media partners
- Categorise contact databases according to target market segments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on Capella brand guidelines
- Collaborate with vendors and creative agencies on project requirements
- Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments
- Coordinate and collate responses for media queries
- Coordinate customer engagement efforts via digital and social media platforms
- Design marketing content for traditional, digital and social media campaigns according to design concepts and ideas
- Execute marketing campaigns and media-related activities and events
- Execute measures to enhance customer experience across traditional, digital and social media platforms and customer touch points
- Execute production and distribution of marketing collaterals and paraphernalia
- Gather data to generate commercial insights to support the development of marketing plans
- Maintain the performance of organisation's website and digital and social media platforms and their adherence to Capella brand guidelines
- Monitor social media platforms on user opinions and follow up with appropriate actions
- Perform analyses of reputation risk to determine business impact to organisation
- Perform data analyses on the performance of marketing channels
- Prepare marketing reports for tracking and analyses
- Report budget utilisation and spending
- Support the development of Capella brand guidelines according to overall brand image
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent is preferred
- Experiences in similar role and capacity of luxury hotels/resorts
- Prior experiences in Public Relations Management is of advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Strong communicator with personable character
