- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in software sales and account management at an enterprise B2B software company.
- 10 years of experience promoting infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software.
- Experience working with and managing partners on implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- Experience with business and legal agreements working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
- Experience working with and presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Experience in Cloud and SaaS sales.
- Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
- Build relationships with customers, and utilize existing relationships to help create growth into new organizations. Influence term direction, and serve as a business partner.
- Discuss and manage complete processes, presenting to executives in corporate customers.
- Lead a territory account planning process that aligns partner and Google resources to develop business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Drive new business growth by managing the process.
- Promote a growth strategy with Google’s partner ecosystem. Achieve growth with partners that deliver solutions to drive value in the market.
