Job Responsibilities
Basic Weekly Work Schedule: Monday: at office (District 1). Tue-Thu (or Fri): at factory, depending on your assigned team, factory location could be anywhere in Vietnam (also Thai or Cambodia,...) ・Follow POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including: ・Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress. ・Quality Control from Sample Stage to Bulk Shipment Stage. ・Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standards.. ・Understand and analysis factory In-house Data for QCD control. ・Follow shipments from factories to Sales countries through internal system. ・Supervise & coach team members to achieve Company policy & target. ・Handling group of business partners ( over 5 partners generally ), regularly visiting & holding meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion. ・Be responsible for Team or Division Business, reporting to Managers, Merchandiser and worldwide relevant departments. ・Other tasks assigned by managerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Gender: Any. Age: 30 - 40 - Qualification: Bachelor's degree - Language: English business level - At least 7 years experience in Merchandiser, QA - QC, or Production Management in Apparel/ Textile/ Garment industry - Business trip by bus/airplane to factories in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand every week. ※ This Job opportunity is NOT open for R&D position and Store Operation
Preferable Requirements
- Majors related to the apparel industry -Chinese/ Japanese is an advantage - Personality: hardworking, enthusiastic, proactive
