Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:· Develop and establish KPI Scheme for Branches, Head Office departments· Set up KPI Target baselines based on KPI Scheme· Conduct KPI result periodically to evaluate Branches Performance· Perform reporting and data analysis duties to monitor and track the performance of the whole bank· Provide ad-hoc support Branches for verifying KPI index results· Conduct ad-hoc analysis on new products and customer performance· Other additional support tasks for Branches and Head office departments.Job RequirementRequirement include:· Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Strategic and Planning thinking· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
