ACG_2892_JOBOur client is a top-notch manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Proactively identify and build relationships with potential clients to drive new business opportunities.Expand and leverage a professional network to generate qualified sales leads.Collaborate with Managers to achieve targets set in the annual sales plan.Conduct cold calls and arrange meetings with potential customers.Conduct compelling business presentations tailored to client needs.Foster long-term, positive relationships with customers and strategic partners.Resolve client concerns by investigating issues and recommending effective solutions.Address customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring high standards of professionalism.Prepare, manage, and follow through on business proposals and contract negotiations.Partner with internal teams to support client interactions and ensure alignment across departments.Maintain and nurture strong internal and external working relationships.Regularly report progress to leadership through structured updates (daily call logs, weekly plans, territory performance reports).Take on additional responsibilities and support senior management as needed.RequirementsMale professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or business development.Excellent interpersonal skills, confident in client engagement, persuasive communication, and deal closing.Proficient in Mandarin; English communication skills are a significant asset.Prior exposure to the power or renewable energy sector is highly valued.Comfortable using digital tools, especially Microsoft Office Suite.Strong team collaborator with the ability to work autonomously when needed.Sharp analytical skills; experience using Excel for data insights is preferred.Proactive learner, capable of quickly absorbing product knowledge to provide tailored customer solutions.Solid foundation in marketing concepts with the ability to identify and nurture business opportunities.Organized and consistent in managing appointments and following up with prospects.Effective at overcoming objections and turning interest into action.Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-driven attitude and long-term business vision.Contact: Nga NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
