Our client is a well-established European dermocosmetic brand, currently expanding operations in Vietnam. They are seeking a Medical Communication Manager to drive brand growth through strategic marketing, product launches, and integrated communication initiatives across medical, retail, and digital channels.This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment while localizing marketing strategies to meet the demands of the Vietnamese market.Key Responsibilities:Product Portfolio Strategy & Management:
  • Identify market opportunities by analyzing customer behaviors, competitive movements, and industry trends within the dermocosmetic sector.
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and localized brand messages to enhance customer relevance and product appeal.
  • Take full ownership of category sales forecasts, working alongside commercial teams to meet growth objectives.
Integrated Brand & Communication Strategy
  • Lead the development of annual brand plans and 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand equity and local consumer insights.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of new product launches and promotional activities across social media, retail environments, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal functions including retail, medical, and trade marketing teams to optimize brand visibility and shopper experience.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with media, press, KOLs, and relevant external parties to amplify brand awareness.
Operational Excellence & Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Oversee the execution of all marketing activities, ensuring seamless coordination between online and offline initiatives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional project management, ensuring consistency and timeliness in campaign delivery.
Market & Performance Analysis
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and category performance to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing clear reporting on ROI, brand equity, and sales impact.
Budget Ownership & Management
  • Plan and manage the annual and monthly marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return.
  • Track project spending and provide monthly financial reporting and performance insights.
Multi-Stakeholder & Project Complexity Management
  • Effectively manage inputs from different stakeholders, including sales, trade, medical, and creative teams.
  • Lead and oversee complex, multi-functional projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-brand delivery.
Team Development & Coaching
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members across the marketing function, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/ Medical/ Medicine, or related field
  • Proven experience in product or brand management, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or dermocosmetic industry.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple internal departments, regional teams, and external partners.
  • Strong network connection with KOLs, experts, doctors, and clients to help promote new product of the company.
  • Creative mindset with the capability to develop innovative and medically credible marketing strategies.
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid project management experience, with a track record of successfully launching new products and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with a keen eye for market trends and performance optimization.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and motivating cross-functional teams.
