You'll work directly with technical teams and C-level client stakeholders to implement secure-by-design systems, lead security workshops, and support pre-sales efforts. The ideal candidate combines deep AWS security expertise, strong communication skills, and a consultative mindset to bridge technical security with real-world enterprise needs.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Projects Security
- Design and implement secure AWS architectures tailored to enterprise client environments
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and penetration testing across regulated industries
- Develop and operationalize compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Lead client security workshops and present technical findings to C-level executives
- Create detailed security documentation, runbooks, and handover materials
- Maintain TechX’s internal cloud security posture across all client project environments
- Build and manage incident response playbooks, security monitoring, and escalation workflows
- Manage identity access and infrastructure controls across Hanoi and HCMC teams
- Ensure TechX meets AWS Partner security standards and audit requirements
- Deliver internal security training sessions for technical teams and DevOps engineers
- Join pre-sales calls to assess client security needs and recommend solutions
- Support proposal writing with security architecture designs and compliance responses
- Collaborate with sales to develop security service offerings, SLAs, and pricing models
- 5+ years total, with at least 3 years in cloud security roles ideally in financial services, enterprise tech, or cloud consulting
- Led end-to-end security implementation
- AWS Certified Security is a plus
- AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, AWS Config, WAF
- Hands-on with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and Vietnamese data protection laws
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for security-as-code
- VPC, security groups, NACLs, VPNs, Direct Connect
- AWS IAM policies, SSO, directory service integrations
- DevSecOps: Secure CI/CD practices and toolchain integration
