- Oversees quality operations across production sites and external partners, ensuring adherence to internal standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Leads and develops a team to effectively execute quality assurance responsibilities.
- Defines performance metrics, training programs, and skill standards aligned with business needs and internal systems.
- Provides continuous feedback and coaching to support team development.
- Coordinates safety, health, environment, and quality initiatives in line with internal governance standards.
- Participates actively in the site's safety leadership committee.
- Maintains and improves quality systems to meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Develops and refines hygiene and hazard control plans, inspection protocols, and product specifications.
- Acts as the site representative during external quality assessments and audits.
- Manages systems for handling nonconforming products, traceability, lab practices, and documentation control.
- Ensures effective implementation of corrective actions and service quality measures.
- Reviews and approves operational procedures, technical documentation, and improvement actions.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline such as chemistry, microbiology, or process engineering.
- Understands key quality management systems and standards used in manufacturing environments.
- Possesses foundational knowledge in microbiological, chemical, and physical product characteristics.
- Has industry experience in fast-paced consumer goods operations.
- Demonstrates capability in managing and analyzing operational and quality-related data.
- Familiar with enterprise resource planning tools and digital platforms.
- Has working knowledge of digital systems and tools relevant to manufacturing and quality.
- Understands technical processes such as liquid formulation and packaging operations.
