  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales (freight forwarding / express delivery / trading)
  • Skills: Strong presentation and communication (Vietnamese & English)
  • Language: Good English (must-have), ability to use 2nd foreign language will be a big plus (Korean / Chinese / Japanese)

  • Overall Role Purpose:
  • Responsible for revenue generation from a geographically assigned sales territory or business portfolio by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting new business opportunities.
  • Reports to: Area Sales Manager
Detailed Responsibilities
  • Customer Management
  • Handle a portfolio of clients through face-to-face visits.
  • Act as the main contact for customer issues and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service-related concerns.
  • Sales Operations
  • Develop and execute annual customer call cycles.
  • Report weekly and monthly sales productivity.
  • Maintain performance scorecards for top accounts.
  • Ensure pricing aligns with company guidelines.
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Influence internal processes to improve customer experience.
  • Information & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and take action.
