We are seeking a Retail Manager to oversee go-to-market execution, store management, sales and inventory control, and retail training programs. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and requires strong retail operations expertise, with the ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities while working closely with a supportive team.Key Responsibilities1. Go-To-Market (GTM) ManagementManage end-to-end processes for display materials and POSM, including planning, production, rollout, inspection, and vendor payments.Develop gift procurement, distribution, and payment strategies in line with budget and business goals.Coordinate offline promotional campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.Translate product launch strategies into in-store promotional activities to meet sell-out targets.Support retail digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and insights.2. Store ManagementOptimize store layouts and visual merchandising to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.Deploy and maintain promotional materials, focusing on high-priority stores and regions.Ensure consistent implementation of retail image and merchandising standards.Oversee display/sample units and demo devices at retail locations.3. Sales & Inventory ManagementAnalyze sales performance by channel, conduct weekly reviews, and propose growth strategies.Monitor competitors and provide market insights to management.Develop stock coverage plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.Manage category structure to improve sales performance and profitability.4. Training & Technical SupportConduct product knowledge and sales skill training for store staff.Provide localized sales scripts and techniques to improve conversion rates.Offer product-specific technical guidance to enhance store team expertise.Establish training evaluation and feedback systems to ensure continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.3-5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in consumer goods or electronics.Strong knowledge of retail marketing, visual merchandising, and operational processes.Experience with product launches, promotional campaigns, and inventory planning.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.Proficiency in English; other language skills are a plus.Working Conditions & BenefitsFull-time position, Monday to Friday.Professional, international working environment with career growth opportunities.Competitive salary package including performance bonus and annual incentives.
