Job Responsibilities
- Establish and ensure business goals for the fiscal year are met, and lead the sales team to work towards these targets. Plan and manage the budget. - Manage customer relations and regularly collect feedback on customer satisfaction. - Develop new business through various channels. Collect and evaluate information on competitors, customers, and the market. Engage in direct sales and cold-calling. Guide sales staff in these activities. - Manage the sales team: recruit, train, develop capabilities, motivate, and conduct regular performance reviews. - Handle administrative tasks: manage the sales office, and provide advice to the Board of Directors on sales activities and the development of new products and business lines. - Report sales activities and departmental goals to the Board of Directors. - Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Language: English - Business Level (TOEIC 700 or equivalent). ・Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, with a history of managing a sales team. ・Computer Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ・Knowledge: Understanding of processes and technical engineering related to mechanics. ・Soft Skills: Strong analytical, project management, and market research skills.
