Job Description
- Participate in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process - Synthesize content required for TFC (Technical Feedback Committee) related to quality - Manage drawings - Manage CC (Critical Characteristic)/ SC (Significant Characteristic) items - Establish inspection standards - Propose inspection intervals - Create control plan - Track samples - Track new product packaging specifications - Respond to customer inspections to establish new production lines - Respond to customer system inspections - Respond to IATF (International Automotive Task Force) inspections - Monitor progress of customer criticism items after inspections - Synthesize quality meeting data and reports - Master basic customer standards - Establish annual quality goals - Respond to customer complaints (5W analysis, 8D report) - Review PPAP (Production Part) documents Approval Process) before reporting to superiors or before submitting to customers - Review limited samples - Establish quality-related management procedures and regulations - Establish training documents and customer standard training for subordinates - Check internal countermeasures - Perform other tasks as assigned by superiorsJob Requirement
Requirements
- Foreign language: Japanese or English - Business level - Experience: At least 3 years of experience as Deputy Manager of Quality Management - IATF certified
