- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organization's mission, vision, and objectives
- Lead and inspire a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Design and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge training programs, including e-learning, classroom-based, and blended learning solutions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiatives
- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and ROI
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data-driven metrics and implement improvements based on findings
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new methodologies and technologies as appropriate
- Partner with People & Culture and other departments to integrate L&D initiatives with talent management and succession planning processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and learning partners to enhance the organization's training capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of large-scale learning initiatives
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and instructional design
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and financial management skills
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to measure training effectiveness and ROI
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Experience in talent management and organizational development
- Familiarity with emerging trends in corporate training and development
- Experience of working in Vietnam is a must
