We are proudly part of Japan Post —PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Procurement Process Management

Execute procurement activities from requisition to payment (S2P & P2P)
Ensure timely and compliant procurement aligned with company policies and procedures
Guide, train, and support internal stakeholders on Procurement workflows and compliance along with any update or transformation (if any).

2. Procurement Operational Excellence

Secure Procurement outcomes that meet requested product / service, OTIF, optimal cost and practice service level from stakeholders.
Continuously improve procurement total cost ownership (TCO) value and stakeholder experience.

3. Strategic Sourcing

Acknowledge and demonstrate 7SS (Sourcing Steps) methodology in procurement activities to target and drive optimal procurement target.
Delivery cost savings, efficiency, and long-term sustainability value through sourcing practices.

4. Supplier Management

Develop and maintain Supplier databases and relationships management.
Monitor Supplier performance via KPI and regular evaluation to identify risks and opportunities of Supplier to drive risk & procurement annual plan.
Continuous improvement value identified and executing plan.

5. Contract & Spend Management

Administer procurement contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Analysis spend data from various elements to shape sourcing strategy and procurement annual plan.

6. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and deliver regular procurement reports for managing visibility.
Provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Process Compliance: Percentage of adherence to S2P/P2P and internal procurement policies.
On-Time Delivery (OTIF): Percentage of requisitions/orders completed on time and in full.
Cost Efficiency: Level of cost savings or value optimization achieved versus target.
Supplier Performance: Percentage of suppliers meeting agreed KPIs on quality, delivery, and service.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Satisfaction score from requestors/departments on procurement service.

Previous Work Experience & Qualifications

College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
Solid experience at Indirect Categories specified to Warehousing / Logistics is a plus.
Strong knowledge of S2P/P2P processes and sourcing principles.
Familiarity with SAP (MM Function).
Practical experience applying the Seven Steps of Sourcing.
Proficient in contract management, spend analysis, and supplier performance management.
Skilled in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English (written & spoken).

Competencies & Skills

Solid experience at Indirect Categories specified to Warehousing / Logistics is a plus.
Strategic thinking, double check & problem-solving.
Strong stakeholder engagement & influencing ability.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
High level of integrity, compliance orientation, and accountability.
