- Oversee business development activities to drive revenue and profitability in alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, aiming to build long-term, strategic partnerships
- Formulate and implement strategies for market entry and service expansion across logistics offerings (including inbound, outbound, and warehousing.
- Identify key industry segments and create customized solutions to address specific client requirements
- Develop, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing models
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational capabilities meet customer expectations
- Track industry trends and monitor competitor movements to refine business strategies as needed
- Lead, coach, and manage the business development team to achieve peak performance
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, business development activities, and outcomes to the General Director
- Minimum 7 years' experience in business development or commercial roles, with at least 3 years at leadership level
- Strong experience in logistics, transportation, and warehousing is preferred
- Solid understanding of commercial models, budgeting, and solution design
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
