WE PROVIDE FULL RELOCATION SUPPORT TO SINGAPORE FOR THIS ROLEABOUT THE ROLEElfie, a dynamic and rapidly expanding global health and wellness startup, is seeking a Graphics Designer in Ho Chi Minh City to translate briefs into visually compelling and effective design solutions. This role is ideal for a skilled designer who can think strategically, execute with creativity, and bring fresh ideas to the table. The successful candidate will have a strong design thinking process. They will play a key role in shaping creative outputs, ensuring that design solutions are not just visually appealing but also purposeful and aligned with user needs. A background in branding is a plus, but the priority is showcasing creative prowess, a strong design foundation, and the ability to enhance and strengthen Elfie’s branding at its current brand journey phase.WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Design engaging and visually appealing assets for various channels, including social media, in-app content (community feed, gamification features), and marketing materials such as posters, flyers, emails, and visual aids.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
Stay current with industry and design trends to keep creative output fresh and effective.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholders, delivering high-quality work on time.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other relevant design tools is required.
Video content production skills are a plus, including editing and producing promotional or educational videos.

WHAT YOU WILL NEEDBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Fluency in English;WHY JOIN US?

Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
