As the Chief Digital Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for driving the bank's digital strategy, leading large-scale transformation initiatives, and fostering innovation to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. You will oversee digital banking, technology innovation, and data-driven decision-making to position the bank as an industry leader.As a Chief Digital Transformation Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the bank's long-term vision.
Lead the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud computing to enhance banking services.
Oversee digital banking initiatives, ensuring seamless customer journeys across online and mobile platforms.
Drive enterprise-wide data and analytics capabilities to enable real-time decision-making and personalization.
Spearhead cultural transformation, fostering a digital-first mindset across all departments.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with digital banking regulations.
Build and lead a high-performing team of digital, technology, and innovation professionals.

15+ years of experience in bank, fintech, or technology transformation within financial services.
Proven track record in successfully transforming an enterprise-wide digital organization in financial services.
Strong understanding of digital banking trends, customer behavior, and emerging financial technologies.
Experience in cybersecurity, and risk management in digital banking.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic vision.
Strong command of Vietnamese language is a plus.
