Financial Advisor for a reputable Japanese consulting company

• Prepare high-quality reports in collaboration with the FAS Manager and Japanese CPA.
• Conduct Financial & Tax Due Diligence, and perform business and asset valuations.
• Apply valuation methods: income (DCF), market (multiples), and cost approach.
• Support projects such as PPA, PMI, IFRS advisory, and Internal Control advisory.
• Assist in Transfer Pricing documentation under the guidance of the TP Manager.
• Communicate with clients to understand their expectations and reflect them in reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields; ACCA, CPA, CFA is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in DD, valuation, IFRS or internal audit at a consulting/accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge in 1-2 of the following: Due Diligence, Valuation, IFRS, Internal Audit.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients professionally.
• High level of motivation, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Able to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team..

• Salary: Up to 25 million VND or higher depend on experience.
• 13th-month salary and performance-based bonus.
