- Execute the PO management process, including PO creation and change memo issuance.
- Analyze weekly exceptions and unconfirmed POs, taking action to resolve issues and maintain CRD dates.
- Collaborate with Global Material Supply, QA, and vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and escalate issues when needed.
- Partner with VF Logistics and vendors to optimize delivery timelines.
- Monitor factory KPIs and maintain vendor scorecards.
- Support factory audit activities (where applicable).
- Prepare detailed analytics and production tracking tools to provide visibility to Brands and Regions.
- Monitor Factory Ledger (where applicable) and ensure balances are settled by fiscal year-end.
- Act as a change agent by building trust, communicating business objectives, and supporting transformation initiatives.
- Execute business strategy and vision.

- Build collaboration across functions and geographies.

- Excellent English communication skills (Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus).
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data presentation.
- Experience in data modeling, forecasting, and KPI management.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning and retail operations is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
- Field of Study: Operations, Supply Chain, International Business.
- Experience: Experience in planning, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or consumer goods (e.g., apparel, footwear, equipment).
- Travel: As required.
