- Build up the digital media plan as a solution for the platform's initiatives.
- Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable result/ outcome.
- Responsible for execution, the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (A1, CPA1, CPL, CPC,…)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects
- Fundamental understanding of ads platform, familiar with ads metrics (1-2 years of hands-on experience with Facebook, Google or Tiktok Ads)
- Data driven and analytical mindset
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude, detail-oriented and critical thinking
- Good time-management and task-management skills
- Fluent in Excel is a plus
- Stakeholders management skills (active listening and supportive)
