- Control access to reception, meeting room.
- Greet visitors to the office and assist them to contact the correct member of staff who will help them as required.
- Answer the telephone and pass calls to staff as required.
- Relay messages when staff cannot be contacted.
- Record and distribution of incoming letter and outgoing letter/ parcel mail
- Assist some administration assignments such as PRs preparation, charity witness, managing cleaning & security team.
- Keep the reception & meeting rooms clean & tidy
- Assist to cover the receiving sample area when the person in charge is on annual leaves
- Continuously update and file all related documents in a proper manner
- Other duties upon requested
- Colleges or above
- Good communication skills
- Good in English
- Basic Ms Office
