Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for buildings. - Create detailed HVAC layouts and specifications using CAD or BIM software, ensuring compliance with local codes and energy efficiency standards. - Collaborates closely with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines to integrate HVAC systems into overall building designs. - Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork sizing. - May support construction teams by reviewing submittals and conducting site inspections. - Other related tasks as assigned by line manager.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical-Thermal refrigeration engineering degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: Any ・Language: English - Intermediate Level ・Experience: - Have at least 5 years of experience in MEP design at mechanical HVAC positions. - Have calculated and designed by themselves at least 3 projects with water cooling chiller system.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience working for factory, storage, mall, high building. ・License: Design MEP, Fire-fighting, Green license (LEED, LOTUS, WELL…) ・Can use Revit, Navisworks, ACC…
